GooglePoor communication. Dont stick to appointments, which can be annoying. Left screws and nails behind on the ground where I park my car, assuming left behind or not needed when the for sale signs been installed. All small issues but the little things go a long way.

GoogleI was so relieved and impressed to deal with such a lovely gent named Michael at butters John bee. The process of finding a house is quite taxing and so it's a breath of fresh air when an agent comes along, who actually treats you with value as Michael did. He was so on the ball from the moment I emailed in to the very end when he called to see how I liked my viewing and actually listened to what I had to say. A fine example of how things should be done. Its the little things.
