GoogleI spoke and dealt with Ben, he dealt with my issue very quickly and efficiently. While I was on the phone he was emailing my landlord\lady and he explained what would happen next and it happened exactly the way he said! Cannot fault the service I received. GoogleMichael showed us around a property and was everything you would want in a lettings agent, Courteous and informative and eager to show us around the property. I have previously seen agents that open then door and say "I'll let you explore the property" but Michael took the time to walk us through every room keeping honest about the pros and cons of the house. With the lettings process he kept me updated on the status the entire time and was lenient with waiting for certain information. GoogleWe had a difficult sale and purchase over the last 6 months with a lot of problems along the way. However Kylie was great, she helped us deal with a number of issues and always followed things through. She kept in regular contact updating us whenever she could. GoogleBen was super helpful in sorting out the tenancy agreement for my house after we needed some amendments. It was sorted within a few business days and referencing and a new tenancy agreement only took 24 hours which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!

GoogleTruly shocking company Tried to make viewings on several occasions on different properties. Calls go to overflow or agency.. you don't even get a call back or even get an appointment to view any properties . Never again will I call this firm shocking .
