GoogleI always dread ringing up my housing agency/landlord when I have a problem but after speaking to Natalie she made me feel at ease, I can’t rate how professional she was on the phone to me and how understanding and compassionate she was towards my issue which she was able to rectify with no issues

Unfortunately referencing companies do not take account of those employed on zero hour contracts and whilst the offer of 6/12 months up front may seem appealing most landlords are not attracted to this option as it negates their ability to protect themselves with rent and legal protection as offered by ourselves. We have a duty to protect landlords investments and ensure that we act in a professional manner.
