Ryan knew exactly what we were looking for our first home and worked greatly to help us get the house we wanted. He maintained regular contact with us and was very helpful throughout the whole process. His team members such as Kylie also helped and made this experience easier for us. Highly recommended

Service given by Victoria Roscoe was amazing. She really knows the property market inside out and was able to answer any question asked. I will certainly recommend her to family, friends and anyone I know who wants to sell or buy. Deserves more than five stars. She is an asset to your company.

I am a first time buyer with no experience of the process of buying a house. BJB were fantastic and made it totally clear exactly what was going on, where we were at and what I had to do. I have to mention that Roksana definitely went the extra mile, she kept up great communication and really "held our hand" through the entire process.

The customer service I have received from Gary and the team in particular Ellie has been brilliant. Ellie’s communication is second to none and even when I felt fractious, Ellie remained helpful, empathic and communicative throughout the whole experience. I would always go to BJB when selling or buying. Thanks Ellie

I had a few agents round to view and value my property, some online ones which with their attitude made my teeth itch!!!! However I believe Butters John Bee to be the original and still the best agent for miles around. May I single Victoria Roscoe for her empathy , professionalism and advice. Keep up the fantastic work and we will see you next time Steve / Vicky Rowe
