Evening Carlos, we are so sorry to hear your dissatisfaction, as you can see from the rest of our 400+ reviews, a one star review is fairly uncommon. We completely understand that the market for buyers right now is frustrating, and we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate your requests to view properties when you were available. Sadly, a lot of the homes you enquired about were unavailable at the point you contacted us, and others became unavailable in between the time you contacted us, and when you could book in.
