Evening Carlos, we are so sorry to hear your dissatisfaction, as you can see from the rest of our 400+ reviews, a one star review is fairly uncommon. We completely understand that the market for buyers right now is frustrating, and we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate your requests to view properties when you were available. Sadly, a lot of the homes you enquired about were unavailable at the point you contacted us, and others became unavailable in between the time you contacted us, and when you could book in. We wish you the best of luck with your home search, and if you are interested in getting on to our ''hot buyers'' list, do let us know as this may improve your luck getting booked in, in the future. In the current market we on average have 14 buyers for each of our homes, so lets try and improve your chances of viewing and getting you a new home! Also if you are looking for a certain type of home, please feel free to contact me directly as I'm responsible for bringing homes to market for BJB Crewe, and if I realise I'm sat in your dream home whilst I'm valuing it, I'll ring you from the car if I know its coming to market. My email address is JessicaJinks@BJBmail.com All the best Jessie - Valuer @ BJB Crewe
