Arranged to view property with BJB who arranged the same day viewing, met Madison at the property who showed us around, a very polite young lady who gives justice to the estate agent, she sorted everything out when we needed tt and there was no rush with the viewing, as we have found with other estate agents. Rang this estate agent 3 times on Wednesday and sent an email requesting to view a property that had just come on the market. In todays housing market I am aware of how important it is to get in contact quickly. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. They didn't! I rang again on Thursday and was assured someone would get back to me! Friday at 17.35pm still waiting. Very, very disappointed! This is totally unprofessional. One person who answered the phone on the Wednesday sounded like he was eating a sandwich while he was talking to me and he had the knowledge of someone on their 1st day of work experience!!!

Avoid them if you are planning to sell your property through them: As a buyer, this is my experience with Butters john bee: Calls go to concierge service and nobody from branch office calls back either for fixing an appointment or even after your offer gets accepted. You will be lucky if your call gets connected to the branch office or somebody from branch office calls you back. You can expect a lot of call from them to cross sell mortgages Nobody responds to the email whether it is sales team or sales progression team or negotiating team Difficult to get an appointment for viewing a property Once, I travelled 2.5 hrs from my hometown in southeast to Crewe for an appointment . They sent a message 10mins before the appointment to inform that vendor had cancelled the appointment. When an appointment is cancelled, they may call you and if you miss their call, they don't inform you through email or text message. If you are lucky, they may call you 30 mins before the appointment to inform that it is cancelled. Pathetic service from them as they don't appreciate your time and effort. For your sanity sake, Please avoid them if you plan to sell or let your property with them

Micheal for viewing at property was very helpful and polite. This was my review I am living in a damp infested flat paying close to 500!! I have moss growing on my furniture mould on my curtains and bedding it is absolutely disgusting and I am ashamed that this could be done to a single 19 years old girl, the damp has been as issue here for many years as my hole street is infested with it, I feel like I have been fobbed of I was homeless before living here and even when I was homeless my clothes and property wasn't as damp and ruined!!!

Booked a valuation for my rental from Victoria Roscoe at BJB Crewe. Victoria was prompt, professional and handled discussing the property with the current tenant in situ very well. *Worst customer service ever* I rang to arrange a viewing on a property I’d seen advertised on Friday 27th May and spoke to George who booked me in on the Saturday. He told me that the tenant was showing people around the property and there was availability at 11am, he booked me in and told me that he would call me if there were any problems. As arranged, I arrived at the property and there was no answer, I phoned the estate agents - no answer. Eventually after 15 minutes I was greeted by a very angry and aggressive tenant who refused to let me in and told me he’d had nothing but trouble and as nobody had called him to arrange the viewing in advance, he wouldn’t let me in. I repeatedly rang the office but there was no answer until my call eventually got picked up by an overflow agent. It turns out there were notes on the system stating that the tenant was aggressive as there was an ongoing dispute with the landlord. George rang me on Monday 30th May and said that there was a ‘miscommunication’ between himself and a colleague, when I pointed out that he should have made me aware of the aggressive tenant he agreed and said that he’d also been rude to him!! George said that he would speak to his Manager and arrange an open viewing to stop any further sabotage by the tenant and would let me know the date. Not surprisingly, 10 weeks later I’m still waiting for a call back. I would never buy a property through this estate agents, their complete lack of care and professionalism is shocking. #worstcustomerserviceever
