Would absolutely avoid this company at all cost. We moved in 5 years ago to a rental property we received the keys and was moving in on the agreed date hiring a van etc. upon arrival we was told that they had misplaced the gas safety certificate and would not be able to stay in the property that day. It was agreed for us to stay in a hotel and Michael from the Crewe department promised to pay for a hotel for the night due to the time and distance we had traveled. An email was sent with the invoice and he went back on his word and refused to pay. Since then we have reported numerous issues which haven't been fixed and the staff seem to have no idea or control of what is going on with there properties. Including Natalie also in the Crewe department. One of the issues above was the boiler was broken and needed replacing we had a newborn baby and it still took 5 weeks in the middle of winter for them to replace it and offer any form of hot water / heating despite raising it numerous times / making formal complaints. Again, we would never go with this company again.

​After four weeks of absolute frustration trying to get a vital reference sorted out with Butters John Bee / Spicerhaart, including endless unreturned emails and phone calls claiming my wife and I weren't even on the system, I finally stepped in to help this morning. ​I was braced for another massive headache, but then I got through to Natalie Tunnicliffe. The difference was night and day. From the second she answered, Natalie was warm, incredibly friendly, and genuinely wanted to help.
