I am aware the all property experts have to follow their company procedure whilst doing their valuations. This is of course great as it gives you the full insight on how the estate agency works. I feel that this could be more efficiently by reducing the time of the explanation and concentrate more on the valuation. Jessica from Butters John Bee Crewe office was lovely, professional and very friendly, however I feel that this was my longest valuation.

We’ve been working with Ryan at the Crewe branch, he has been absolutely amazing to work with. He understands exactly what we are looking for and has local knowledge which is very helpful. My original review was quite positive, BJB couldn’t do enough to get you to sign up however that’s where it stops, the property management team are useless - been waiting 4 weeks for a simple repair with no replies to emails and failed promises on call backs. I accidentally overpaid on my rent, chased it weekly with the property management team for 2 months, no reply so I offset it against my rent and received a threat of eviction. I have never experienced anywhere with such poor after service, it’s disappointing that I have had to leave this review but I don’t see any alternative
