In February of this year (2023) I finally enquired about shared ownership after years of putting it off. As soon as I enquired I received a phone call from Sam Bowyer, from the get go Sam explained everything I needed to know and filled me full of confidence that this could actually be a way of moving on from living in an apartment and into a house. I really cant explain to anyone how amazing Sam has been to myself and my partner also through this whole process. He’s been honest, understanding, and very patient with me which I truly appreciate. He’s guided me through the whole process pretty much of my sale and the purchase of our new shared ownership purchase. I honestly can’t express how much he’s helped to change our lives for the better for my family. Myself and my family would like to thank Sam so much for everything he has done to make this, little to some but a big dream for us, to happen 🏡

I had a very difficult and long sale but I cant thank Ellie and all the staff enough. They were amazing and always kept me upto date and answered all my questions. Wonderful service from beginning to end I was talked through what I was paying for and what they would do so everything was so stress free for me they sold the property quite quickly and kept me informed throughout the whole process from viewings and feedback to stages we were at for completion a very lovely team that were at hand if I needed assistance with the solicitor and paperwork I received absolutely great customer service and support and can highly recommend
