Out estate agent is Marcin Strzelec and from the start he has a really difficult case with myself and there has been a lot of issues along the way. He has worked extremely hard to resolve any issues with third party’s almost to the point where I felt like I was giving up. He is very talented and has a bright future in frond of him with his career. He is polite well mannered and easy to talk to even supporting me through the whole process as a person he’s put himself above all my expectations. From the bottom of my heart thank you !

I’ve asked to be taken off their marketing list numerous times and they are clearly in breach of data protection. I would stay clear of them for all your business as they are clearly not very professional in how they run a business.

Roksana has been our valuer with Butters John Bee. She has been so kind, professional and helpful. 3 months in, not such a good experience. No one communicates, no one answers emails. Have no idea who is progressing our sale as the person who was has left. No one responds to messages. I would love an update, myself and our buyers are getting frustrated. Adding to this, we completed our sale a week ago, and still have heard nothing from them. If you're looking for a more personal service, I'd look elsewhere.
