He has always been in contact with us throughout the whole process via e-mail and telephone. GoogleMy husband and I went to butters John bee with what we thought was an impossible ask after being turned down by other agencies for a 3 bed house. Come January 2025 there would be 2 adults 3 young children and a baby and within hours James Bateman from the Crewe branch managed to give us the news we hoped for. That was no more than 3 weeks ago and this week coming we get to move in to our forever home where we can feel settled and relaxed and ready for our last surprise baby. James has gone above and beyond in supporting us through the application process and taken away most if not all of the stress of this whole process. James if you get to read please know you’ve no idea how grateful and thankful my family and I are for all of your help in finding our forever home in a more suitable location for my family and I. 5* review for you from us as you’ve been a star!!
