Butters John Bee estate agents in Crewe and Nantwich

It is with the greatest pleasure that I am writing this review about Butters John Bee on the Nantwich Road, here in Crewe, in order to praise all the staff that have dealt with me in the purchase of a property. The property was here in Crewe and the transaction went through smoothly recently to the relief of all concerned. Butters John Bee are a well established local agents with branches elsewhere and they have offered a brilliant and professional service from start to finish. And even after the transaction, they helped me out through their legacy system in order to establish when the property was last occupied, owned by a landlord with tenants in situ. previously. Having had dealings with numerous agents in both Crewe and Nantwich for viewing purposes, Butters John Bee and two other agents stand head and shoulders above all others. Finally to finish with, all the staff at Butters John Bee deserve full credit and appreciation in achieving my goal in the property search in 2025. To this end I would not only recommend them highly to anyone I know but would seriously consider employing their services should the need arise in the future. Well done to one and all and many thanks. K in Crewe

Marcin helped us navigate the difficult process of purchasing a property. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the information we needed to make our decision. Without Marcin, the sale wouldn't have happened.

Butters John Bee , i will give them a 5star service provided. James was absolutely helpful and patient while we went to view a property even though he had had to do that on a short notice. Such an incredible service from hik.

Butters John Bee, and in particular Paige Malik, were a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Despite a number of obstacles during the course of our house sale (including a buyer withdrawing her offer at the last minute and 'difficulties' associated with it being a leasehold property) Paige was excellent throughout at keeping on top of things and keeping us informed, and her cheerful disposition always made popping in to the office with questions a pleasure rather than a chore.
