Butters John Bee , i will give them a 5star service provided. James was absolutely helpful and patient while we went to view a property even though he had had to do that on a short notice. Such an incredible service from hik.

Amit has been very helpful and it's been a pleasure meeting him. We are still at early stages with selling our house but he's been a great help so far and we look forward to the next stages with him.

Had a great viewing with Marcin yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and was able to give me a rental estimate on a investment property we were looking to purchase.

Gabriel did a fantastic job negotiating a sale for us, from ensuring we were first to view the property to offer accepted, providing regular updates throughout. Gabriel is extremely good at his job, and we would highly recommend working with him at Butters John Bee to assist you in the buying process. Thank you for helping us secure our new home, Gabe. We wish you every success in your career at Butters John Bee 😊

I have been dealing with Paige Malik for a purchase of a property she has been very helpful during the process as well as helping with requirements for solicitors etc, great work!

Butters John Bee, and in particular Paige Malik, were a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Despite a number of obstacles during the course of our house sale (including a buyer withdrawing her offer at the last minute and 'difficulties' associated with it being a leasehold property) Paige was excellent throughout at keeping on top of things and keeping us informed, and her cheerful disposition always made popping in to the office with questions a pleasure rather than a chore.

Selling a house is stressful. Even moreso when your completion date is the Friday before Christmas and your buyers pull out at lunchtime on the Thursday! But Butters helped, got us a replacement sale quickly and then handed us over to Gemma to see things through to definite completion this time. She did just that. At every point, she was helpful, honest, clear and did what she said she would. Oh, and she's a great character as well! What more can you ask for? Thanks Butters and thanks Gemma!
