GoogleWe are selling our house and went with bjb as the other estate agents came across very pushy. We spoke to an estate agent called Gabriel who was not only very knowledgeable about the business but was very friendly and approachable. We will be recommending this Estate Agency to anyone who is looking for one.

GoogleWe are 11 months into our rental tenancy and we are now 1 month without heating. Can't call through to lettings because they are always busy and no response to emails, however they are happy to email us to ask for something when they need it. A few months ago the landlord let himself in to the flat unannounced too, and left immediately when he realised I was in the flat. We previously had windows that wouldn't close whilst it was snowing, and it took months to be fixed. We were told false information multiple times and the customer service team takes complaints personal, as though it's aimed at them, when in fact we just want our rights as a tenant to be met Please do not rent from this company, it has been the absolute worst process of renting. Check their trust pilot first as it gives a different point of view than google reviews.

GoogleKatie Allmark came and took some lovely photos of the house. She took the time to go through the pictures with me and made sure i was happy them, before she left. Last week we had Maddy show around some viewers, it was our first meeting and she was very good at listening to what I thought were key selling points about the house, she then ask me questions that she said people like to know the answer to. I felt like she went into the viewing with a very professional manner and left me feeling confident about the viewing. Thank you Maddy!

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish from Gary, I was a bit sceptical when he said the asking price as it was above other agents prices. However Gary delivered on what he promised and we achieved a better price than we expected and a complete hassle free process from start to finish.

GoogleI have been dealing with Butters John Bee for a while with several purchases and they are great. There is one person that stands out however, Maciej (Matt) Cumberford. He is so proactive and professional, he gets stuff done. I had some challenges that others tried to resolve but no joy, Matt took over and got the issues resolved within hours. He is a genuine person too, cant recommend him enough to anyone looking for support through a sale or purchase.

GoogleWe met Matt this morning and felt instant report with him We are property investors and had made enquiries yesterday and he was very proactive and set up some viewings for us , with suitable properties today No time was wasted as 2 of the properties could have been suitable but one ticks all our boxes. We are awaiting feedback but feel if anyone can get this deal done for us , it will be Matt.
