GoogleI couldn’t recommend a them more. An independent agent with excellent knowledge of the local market, competitive rates, always efficient and responsive, and very supportive throughout the sale of my house. A refreshing change from the alternative (national) agents who were rather pushy and clearly simply wanted to hit their personal sales targets.

GoogleAbsolute pleasure working with Jamie and team for the sale of our house in Brockley. Sold within 3 days of going on market. Everything was handled perfectly managing an awkward chain, few hiccups along the way with our buyers but all resolved. So much nicer working with individuals who you can trust, who keep you updated, are contactable at any point and care about making it as stress free as possible!

Jamie was a star chasing things up when dealing with the solicitors. We genuinely felt as though they were invested in getting a successful outcome for us when buying and can't express our gratitude enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. GoogleWhen we decided to sell our property towards the end of 2021, we instantly knew we would only sell it through Jamie Dalton of Bryan & Keegan. Jamie had sold us our house a few years back and we had been hugely impressed then. Safe to say he has not disappointed on our recent sale. He knows the market inside and out and gave excellent advice on timing and market positioning. He secured a price we were very happy with and then managed the process faultlessly. He diligently chased solicitors and agents all the way down the chain and had a complete handle on all aspects of the transaction. He's very responsive, thorough, honest, a great negotiator and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone and if we weren't relocating out of the area would instruct him again in a heartbeat. In our experience it is very difficult to find a good agent but Jamie really is a standout individual and we were very appreciative of his hard work, expertise and dedication.

GoogleBought a house through B&K. Hands down the best estate agent experience we've ever had. Jamie Dalton was absolutely the best - navigating us through what ended up being quite a difficult process with multiple parties on the sellers side in different countries. Jamie was friendly, professional and was always available to answer any questions or chase on our behalf. If only we'd been able to use him to sell our last place!

GoogleAfter meeting Jamie Dalton from Bryan & Keegan we knew that we wanted him to sell our property. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, gave us honest and sound advice, and was a great negotiator. He sold our property the first weekend of showing at a price we were happy with. He then continued to provide support when needed to ensure the sale was successfully completed, frequently stepping in to keep the process moving. I would highly recommend Jamie as an agent to anyone selling their property in the area.

GoogleSeems like they only look after people who are buying and selling property and like to push renting tenants to the limit. After months of emails being ignored to have a deposit returned I had to start going into their office after work every day until it was returned to me, with no apology, cordiality or update. I was shocked they even had an office the way they had behaved. Whoever I called to speak to was always busy or on holiday and would call me back. Landlords should think twice about having them manage their properties it is atrocious to be consistently treating renters in this way.
