GoogleVery difficult chain, on both our sale and purchase, however Jamie and team were excellent in keeping us updated on progress, chasing down updates and offering valuable advice as we looked to close out the transaction. Professional, friendly and always available to talk if needed. Highly recommend.

Jamie in particular has been amazing with helping us buy our first home. He’s gone above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and fast as possible, there’s been a few bumps in the road that he helped us over and proactively kept us informed and reassured along the way. GoogleI worked with Jamie on the purchase of a flat in Brockley. It was complicated by a long chain and the fact I was based in the US, but Jamie was a good communicator. He kept me up to date on any actions for me, advised on what was happening throughout the chain and generally ensured that things were as smooth as they could be. Would definitely work with the team again.

GoogleI have recently exchanged on a house in Brockley thanks to Jamie at Bryan & Keegan so I wanted to share my experience with other potential buyers and sellers. When I first spotted the home on Rightmove the team were quick and responsive when trying to schedule a viewing. Jamie was personable in his approach and helped us swiftly agree on a sales price that was fair and satisfactory for both parties. Jamie also helped facilitate a very swift legal process (we exchanged in just 2 months!) and his local knowledge was invaluable throughout. Having bought and sold a home in Brockley before I had a high expectation and it's fair to say Jamie and his team surpassed this and beyond! If we were to move again in a few years I wouldn't hesitate to work with Jamie @ Bryan & Keegan over other local competitors and I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or a sell a home in Brockley and the surrounding areas. If I could give 6/5 stars I absolutely would! 👏

GoogleJon first sold me a home 10 years ago. Since then we have dealt several times, now with Michelle and Jamie too for sales, purchases and rental. At every step they have done all they can to make for a smooth experience which will of course always have the odd curve ball. But when those have come in they have dealt with it professionally, calmly and are exceptional at what they do. Especially on my last sale which Jamie was superb on. I have always been confident that they do the right thing not just for me but for all parties involved. I admire that level of integrity. No hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI worked with Jamie Dalton in their Brockley office on my house sale in 2023. He was responsive, thoughtful and he gave me great reasons as to why price my house at the price point he suggested. He was right, and we had 2 offers within a few days of the house going on the market, one of which I accepted. Throughout the entire months-long process from offer to completion, he kept me apprised of everything that was going on. I never felt out of the loop. I'd highly recommend Jamie to anyone wanting to sell in Brockley. He knows the area, he knows the market. I'm thrilled that we decided to go with Jamie for the sale.
