GoogleWe made the decision to go for Bryan & Keegan, after we saw how professional the staff were and how customer orientated they were. We got, what we had expected for. Bravo!

GoogleVery Pleased. My property was let quickly and at the price advertised. The agent understood my requirements and the fees were reasonable.

GoogleThe guys did a great job! For all my, frankly speaking, disappointment and distrust for the estate agents as a profession, B&K on the contrary were punctual, open with me about what I was getting and the conditions, on which I was getting it, positive and accommodative to my, no other word for it, urgent timelines and stringent requirements. Saw 2 flats and both were good value and solid quality, but also importantly exactly what i needed. Managed to get me into the second one in 5 days from viewing, with well worded and clear contract. Well done.

GoogleThe team at Bryan & Keegan have found great tenants for our flat more than once, and each time made the process straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. They are professional and efficient, always helpful and very personable. They also return telephone calls and reply to emails!

GoogleJon and his team provide a tailor-made service that puts the big estate agents to shame. The selling of my house was swift, stress-free and at the most competitive rate I have ever been offered. Jon knows the Brockley and Crofton Park market better than anyone and has an impressive knowledge of marketing strategies that could swing that sale. I cannot recommend Bryan & Keegan enough!
5/5
GoogleFrankly, one of the best (if not the best) estate agencies we have ever come across in London. We were positively impressed by the professionalism and kindness of both Robert and Jonathan, who were more than happy to help us with anything we needed before and after we signed our contract. We would recommend Bryan & Keegan to anyone without any hesitation. They simply rock! :) Kosmas, Eleni

GoogleWe found Bryan & Keegan very helpful when selling our property last year. They were always friendly and professional, and were very supportive. Jon was great at putting us at ease with the selling process, and worked well with all parties involved. Would happily buy or sell from them again in the future!
