GoogleHad the worst experience with Mr Birt and his incompetent team. Includes not disclosing key information about a seller's situation until months later when chased for progress then continuing to string us along, never providing updates unless pushed then acting like we are unreasonable for asking for updates, being rude and dismissive in communications, wasting our time and money. We were basically used as a stop gap for a seller and useless, dishonest agent who having allowed us to proceed and spend money on searches (without telling us the seller would clearly not be in a position to sell!), then subjected us to an 8 month wait before taking the property off the market to get more money for it. Also booked us in for a viewing which they didn't actually bother to book, again showing zero regard for us or our time. Shambles.

GoogleWe've just completed on a purchase through Brinsons and Burt. Everyone we dealt with there was highly professional and took the time to truly understand our needs. David Lakin completely "got" the type of property we wanted and, the moment one became available, he made it happen for us. David and the office team dealt with all our queries during the purchase cycle in a very prompt, accurate and, most importantly, friendly manner.. A big thank you to you all, we love our new home! Great Quality Company - definitely recommend.
