I can't recommend Harris and Birt enough. Caroline was fantastic from start to finish. She was supportive and friendly throughout. My property was up for sale with a different estate agent for 3 months and I did not feel at ease at all and was not really getting anywhere with a sale. Caroline sold my property on the first viewing. I'm not saying that is going to be the same for everybody but I think Caroline's kind nature and attention to detail most certainly helped. She was always at the end of the phone for advice and support as well. I will definitely use Harris and Birt in the future.

After using two estate over a 12 month period with no success of selling our property we contacted Harris and Birt estate agents. From the first meeting with Tommy he was much more professional than our previous estate agents which gave us a positive outlook immediately. After taking photographs of the property they expressed the property for it's true worth whereas previous one seemed a little drab. On employing the drone to take capture the property and surrounding area l feel it was the key in selling the property which sold within Three months.
