I contacted Harris & Birt after seeing a property for rent. They very quickly arranged a viewing and before you know it, I had signed the contract and was moving in. Martine was very professional, very quick, the process was seamless and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I have dealt with many agencies in the past and they can often be slow at replying but this was not the case here! Thank you Martine for all of your help!!

Harris and Birt were fantastic. The photos, VR camera and drone shots definitely made our property stand out, they were stunning. Tommy looked after our sale/purchase and was brilliant from start to finish. Always easy to get hold of and willing to help with anything we needed. I have two rental properties with Harris & Birt. The service provided by Martine and her team is friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. I have had dealings with other rental agencies over the years and the service provided by Harris and Birt is beyond 5* rating from start to finish. Martine kept me updated throughout the whole rental process and was very prompt with her communication. The attention to detail from Martine is fantastic. The team found tenants, for both of my properties, very quickly and the tenants in both properties are brilliant. I highly recommend Harris & Birt.

Following a very stressful and ever changing relocation from overseas we have nothing but high praise for Harris & Birt. From the first phonecall we were fully informed and kept up to date, their customer service was exceptional, all agents we had dealings with were informative and clearly had great communication internally which made the process smoother. Special mention must be made to Martine, we had a 12 hour drive with huge delays which meant we wouldn't arrive at our new residence until beyond office hours 8pm to be exact, we were fearful of not having anywhere to stay that evening, however Martine kindly came out with the Keys, put on lighting and heating at the house for our arrival, not something most agents would do after hours I'm sure which was such a wonderful gesture showing the personable care and attention given to tenants.
