GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air to deal with an Estate Agency who are excellent in every way! We purchased a new property through Harris & Birt and they also sold our existing property. The service was first-class from the original valuation of our home by Stephanie, through the marketing, viewings, and sale of the property. Every member of the team we dealt with, both face-to-face and over the telephone, were friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. GoogleHarris & Birt handled both the sale of our previous property and the purchase of our new home in summer 2025, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Communication from the whole team was truly first class. Unlike my experiences with other agents in the area, we never once had to chase for feedback or progress updates, everything was proactively managed and clearly explained. Our main point of contact was Harry, who was excellent throughout. Professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, he made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well supported. I was equally impressed with the continuity of communication across the wider team. Ellie in the office was always fully up to speed with the details of our sale and purchase, and consistently provided timely, helpful updates. Overall, the service we received from Harris & Birt was the best I have experienced with any estate agent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

GoogleHarris and Birt were fantastic. The photos, VR camera and drone shots definitely made our property stand out, they were stunning. Tommy looked after our sale/purchase and was brilliant from start to finish. Always easy to get hold of and willing to help with anything we needed. Would definitely use Harris and Birt again if we ever decide to move.

GoogleI can't recommend Harris and Birt enough. Caroline was fantastic from start to finish. She was supportive and friendly throughout. My property was up for sale with a different estate agent for 3 months and I did not feel at ease at all and was not really getting anywhere with a sale. Caroline sold my property on the first viewing. I'm not saying that is going to be the same for everybody but I think Caroline's kind nature and attention to detail most certainly helped. She was always at the end of the phone for advice and support as well. I will definitely use Harris and Birt in the future.

GoogleAfter using two estate over a 12 month period with no success of selling our property we contacted Harris and Birt estate agents. From the first meeting with Tommy he was much more professional than our previous estate agents which gave us a positive outlook immediately. After taking photographs of the property they expressed the property for it's true worth whereas previous one seemed a little drab. On employing the drone to take capture the property and surrounding area l feel it was the key in selling the property which sold within Three months. Once again thank you for constant communication and professionalism. I would no hesitate in recommending Harris and Birt estate to anyone in the future. Thanks Neil
