I sold and property and purchased a property through Brinsons in Caerphilly. The staff in the estate agent were great and could not do enough for you. The sale of my property was smooth and fast and so was the purchase of the new property. Overall the service was great and look forward to use Brinsons again in the future.

A very professional service and warm and genial estate agents . There was quite a delay in buying our house because of the vendors and would have liked more frank conversations about timescales and issues holding up the sale. Other than that, we had a good experience buying through Brinsons and Birt and would go through them again.

He recognised we had put a great deal of love and attention into the property and it would appeal to a buyer looking for something apart from the norm. We sold with Brinsons and Birt in October 2018. Having quite a unique property we worried it would take a while to sell. David Larkin and the team ensured we were marketed in every possible way and kept in touch regualrly to keep us in the loop. We really felt that they went above and beyond to ensure our property sold swiftly to enable us to settle and apply for school places for our daughter in plenty of time. They were always happy to answer any queries we had and dealt professionally with us as through sale negotaitions and beyond- even offering sound advice on the property we went on to buy, despite it not being marketed with them. We would highly recommend Brinsons and Birt.
