GoogleA lot of chasing up of an uncommunicative solicitor (not ours!) was needed. Wish it hadn’t been necessary but that’s when you find out just how good an estate agent is. Thank you Niamh & Lauren for all your hard work and going the extra mile. Thank you too for keeping us so well informed.

GoogleWe recently sold my parents home with Charlotte from the Alnwick office, who was brilliant from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout the entire process and was quick to answer any questions we had. We really appreciate all the hard work she did and highly recommend both her and the Northumberland team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleJust wanted to say that Izzy @ Bradley Hall Alnwick was a great help during a recent house purchase in coastal Northumberland. Professional, easy to contact, and provided great communication between the sellers and I throughout (and even after) the sale. Thanks again Izzy!

GoogleIzzy at Bradley Hall Northumberland was fantastic throughout the sale of my home. She kept me updated every step of the way, was always professional and approachable, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated all the hard work and support she gave during the sale. I’d definitely recommend Izzy and the team at Bradley Hall to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Rennington, through the Alnwick estate agents Bradley Hall. We cannot praise the Company, and especially Izzy Lewis, too highly. From the initial valuation, where sensible comparisons were made with other houses that had been previously sold, by them, in our village, through to keeping us up to date with the interested parties and to take the viewings, the whole process was straight forward and dare I say it "easy" We have no hesitation in highly recommending this Company to anyone - buying or selling their property.

GoogleBradley Hall were a breath of fresh air and got a deal done for us in weeks! That was after being bitterly disappointed with another agent for over a year! Peter, Lauren and Niamh have been professional, courteous and efficient throughout the process of selling our property and looking at potential homes. If you're looking for an agent in the North East, look no further!

GoogleBH assisted me recently with a complex high value rental. The service was faultless. Very responsive, supportive and helpful in navigating the issues that arose. Lauren in particular was outstanding and delivered service that is hard to find these days. I have no hesitation in recommending BH.

GoogleI owe huge thanks to Charlotte Jackson who acted as the agent for Bradley Hall on a house we have purchased . She was friendly, professional and worked tirelessly to help make things run smoothly in what became a very complex and stressful chain. We are now happily settled in our new home. Without her exceptional communication with my agent and other parties this would have undoubtedly have fallen through . I highly recommend
