5 Star to this company for its professional manor throughout a very stressful and unnerving process of an online auction. It was my first time and Louise at Bradley Hall walked me through the whole process from start to finish. With all of their help and guidance I was lucky enough to secure the property. I can not thank them enough and would highly recommend Bradley Hall and especially Louise for their services.

GoogleCharlotte Jackson @ Bradley Hall Alnwick has recently sold our house in Northumberland for us. Charlotte was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was professional, always available to help, and just so great at her job. We have used so many agents in the past who have been quite disappointing when it comes to selling a property so it has been really refreshing to have someone so enthusiastic who really does care about the house they are selling and the clients involved. Her knowledge on the property we ware purchasing was second to none. She knew the answer to every question we asked her and has pulled out every stop possible to try and help us put our offer in on the property. As a result of her professional and friendly attitude, we had no doubts we were going to use Bradley Hall to sell our home too. From putting our house on the market to securing an offer and having our offer accepted, has taken less than a week. After what was an unexpectedly challenging process (nothing to do with the BH!), I can't thank Lucy Mouter enough for her persistence, patience and support given from start to finish whilst completing a commercial let in the city. Communication (which is crucial during this process) was impeccable, Lucy often going above and beyond in terms of reaching out when not expected or anticipated.

I have contacted this company 4 times now via email to there Teeside office and through there website using the names attached to the adds to view a commercial premises asking questions about the property but not had one reply. One contact I can understand if went astray but 4 in a week. You would think they would be keen to rent commercial premises and I wonder if the landlords realise they are not getting back to proposed tenants.

Found the process of accompanied viewings from Durham office to be poor; cursory at best with the agent lacking knowledge of even the simplest aspects of the house they were showing us. On a second viewing, without any notice, we were cut short 'as that is our company policy'. Given that we had gone out of our way to leave work early to enable our viewings to take place being hurried out after 21 minutes (with no notice) was unprofessional and unhelpful. To be told to come back tomorrow if we wanted more time was insulting. Suffice to say we are not proceeding with our offer on that property. A message has been sent today raising a complaint with the director supervising Durham branch (Peter Bartley) in the absence of a branch manager. Sellers be aware!

We have tried to view a property which is 1 hour away from our home , 40 minutes into our journey ,we received a phone call from Bradley hall saying we could not view the house, so we made another appointment . They same again only this time the owners would only see people round that had sold their homes. They are a complete waste of space and very unprofessional . Hope I do not see a house for sale with them again.extremely dissappointed…….
