This was my first time dealing with BH and my contact was Lucy. I know she was relatively new to the company but I can say she was polite, professional and very thorough throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Lucy and BH for any future purchases/sales. Thank you

GoogleBradley Hall Alnwick. Angus and his whole team were professional and diligent. Lee was especially helpful. Their advice and help has been crucial in securing a very quick sale and completion.
Thank you!

GoogleJust bought a property through the Alnwick office and Lee and Lisa couldn't have been more helpful. If one wasn't available the other would make sure the message would get through. Communication was great and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleDreadful Phoned Thursday to view a property in Alnwick. Told that person dealing with that property (Lee) was not in but would call me Friday. By 11-00 I had heard nothing so callled again only to be advised that today was best and final offers and that Lee not in the office. I asked that he call me so that I could view said property (any time after 4) and make an offer. It will come as no surprise that there has been no call back! Still Lee will get his commission on the sale which is clearly of more importance than customer service. So AVOID: there are plenty of much better agents in the town whetehr buying or selling

TrustpilotUsed Bradley Hall for Mortgage
Recently used Bradley Hall for a mortgage and the process was very smooth. Gary Dobson answered all my questions, his attitude was very diligent and kept me informed right up until (and after) completion. Will certainly use again in the future and would recommend to anyone needing support with a mortgage.

Bought and sold a home and on both they were exceptional. Fully informed all through the process and achieved a fair price on sale with a sensible price on purchase. Highly recommend, Lauren & Peter are stars.

GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Bradley Hall. They sold our house in autumn 2020. Every aspect of the service was excellent: good professional advice in the first visit and thereafter; excellent photography, plans and web presence; and, particularly, the day-to-day communication and follow-up by Lauren in the Durham office was first class. Her regular contact and liaison with all parties involved at each stage kept things moving along and enabled us to move within 3 months from advertising, even with the background of the pandemic.

GoogleTotally disorganised, say they will ring back and don't. I've been dealing with them for a couple of months and everything has been delayed and miscommunicated

GoogleWe have recently bought a house in Alnwick and the sellers agent was Bradley Hall. We have found them very courteous and efficient in all communications. Henry in particular has been extremely helpful and enthusiastic through out and nothing has seemed to be to much trouble for him. we would definitely recommend Bradley Hall as agents.
