GoogleBradley Hall did an excellent job in marketing our property. From the beginning of the process, they were insightful and explained everything to us. Unlike some other firms, they had undertaken research into the local area, and had sold some of the higher end properties in the nearby streets. It also helped that our initial contact was with a chartered surveyor who knew about pricing houses. The rest of the marketing and sales process went smoothly, and the team were always on hand to answer any questions and advise us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend BH.

GoogleWhen buying our new home we dealt with Lauren. Lauren was nothing but professional. We always had up to date information and she went above and beyond to help. We also sold our home through Bradley Hall. From evaluation to selling was a fantastic experience. Lauren strove to made sure we got the best price and that everything was moving smoothly. Lauren was always in constant communication with myself and our solicitors and she was very helpful with the whole process. Thank you Lauren!

GoogleProfessional and Dedicated. We were hugely impressed by the service and commitment shown by Lauren. She made the purchase of our new home happen despite a total lack of courtesy shown by one of the solicitors in the chain. She was a total credit to her company.

GoogleWe got our mortgage through Gary at Bradley Hall. From start to finish it was such an easy, stress free experience. Gary went through everything in so much detail ensuring we knew and understood everything. He truly went above and beyond, speaking to our solicitors and decrypting their jargon for us. Any questions we needed answered Gary was there whether that be mortgage questions or anything else we needed. Gary, thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you. Would HIGHLY recommend.

GoogleLauren was brilliant with our sale and the photographer was exceptional too! Nothing was a bother to her and she helped immensely at the exchange part of our sale when things got a bit tricky with our chain! She was professional and helped get the job done! We will definitely use Lauren again (if we move again 😩) …

GoogleLauren was very helpful from the start, any questions we had she would answer straight away. She made the whole process much less stressful for us as first time buyers. She would go the extra mile even on her day off which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Bradley Hall.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of selling and buying a home through Bradley Hall recently. When they came out to value our property they were very enthusiastic and positive about our home, unlike some other agents. We had our first viewing the day after it went to market and sure enough it sold just as Bradley Hall said it would. Lauren Gill was amazing throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, returned calls promptly and went above and beyond what was expected of her. I can’t thank Lauren enough. I would strongly recommend Bradley Hall and Lauren!

GoogleJust bought a property through the Alnwick office and Lee and Lisa couldn't have been more helpful. If one wasn't available the other would make sure the message would get through. Communication was great and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleDreadful Phoned Thursday to view a property in Alnwick. Told that person dealing with that property (Lee) was not in but would call me Friday. By 11-00 I had heard nothing so callled again only to be advised that today was best and final offers and that Lee not in the office. I asked that he call me so that I could view said property (any time after 4) and make an offer. It will come as no surprise that there has been no call back! Still Lee will get his commission on the sale which is clearly of more importance than customer service. So AVOID: there are plenty of much better agents in the town whetehr buying or selling

GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Bradley Hall. They sold our house in autumn 2020. Every aspect of the service was excellent: good professional advice in the first visit and thereafter; excellent photography, plans and web presence; and, particularly, the day-to-day communication and follow-up by Lauren in the Durham office was first class. Her regular contact and liaison with all parties involved at each stage kept things moving along and enabled us to move within 3 months from advertising, even with the background of the pandemic.
