DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE RUBBISH

I’ve tried dealing with many commercial estate agents over the years, and while the bar isn’t always high, Bradley Hall consistently manages to fall well below it. Their online listings are rarely accurate. Properties remain advertised as “available” even when they’ve been off the market for months, or marked as still for sale or to let when they’re already under offer. It gives a completely misleading picture of what they actually have available. Email enquiries are another headache. Messages seem to get sent to several different agents at once, resulting in multiple replies, each giving contradictory information. There’s absolutely no consistency, no clarity, and no sense that anyone’s actually coordinating the process. I’ve also asked to be added to their mailing list and shared my property requirements at least half a dozen times now. Despite this, I’ve never once received a notification of new listings. What’s the point of sharing requirements if you have to constantly chase them for information? Among all the commercial agents I use, many have their issues, but Bradley Hall are genuinely one of the worst for accuracy, communication, and basic organisation. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable or professional service.

Competent agents who care

Cannot say enough good things about Bradley Hall in general, but especially the Newcastle Gosforth branch team and the Auction team headed up by Louise & Beth. Having had 2 open market ‘sales’ fall through when buyers pulled out before exchange, I decided to put my property up for auction. From the outset Louise was clear, professional & friendly, providing excellent advice and assistance throughout. The auction process with BH is very well-explained and transparent to both sellers and potential buyers I feel, and the availability of Louise and her team was very reassuring. They always replied promptly to phone calls and emails. However, more than ‘what’ they did it is ‘how’ they did their work which I would really highlight. Anyone can be professional and do a good job, but Louise and everyone else obviously enjoy their work. They are sincere in their desire to help clients buy or sell. There is a real sense of being ‘looked after’ and ‘cared about’ by everyone, and for me this was especially so of Louise. I have given BH 5 stars as a whole but if I could give her 10 I would. She was a star herself ! I do not hesitate in recommending BH to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, especially if it is via online auction. Thank you to Louise and everyone who helped me during the last few months.

Bradley Hall were a breath of fresh air and got a deal done for us in weeks! That was after being bitterly disappointed with another agent for over a year! Peter, Lauren and Niamh have been professional, courteous and efficient throughout the process of selling our property and looking at potential homes. If you're looking for an agent in the North East, look no further!

BH assisted me recently with a complex high value rental. The service was faultless. Very responsive, supportive and helpful in navigating the issues that arose. Lauren in particular was outstanding and delivered service that is hard to find these days. I have no hesitation in recommending BH.

Do consider Bradley Hall to sell your home. Lauren and Niamh were great from day 1. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, nothing was too much trouble, and communication was just right throughout the process.

I chose to arrange my mortgage through Bradley Hall after hearing incredible things. My experience with manager Gary Dobson has been nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. He made the entire process as easy to understand and smooth as humanely possible and I’ll be forever grateful. Thank you very much Gary - highly recommend.

I’ve viewed a few properties through Bradley Hall Alnwick and I must say, the whole team- Mahir, Izzy, Elaina, Angus and Charlotte have assisted me with my journey and although I haven’t found my perfect home yet, it has been so refreshing to have such a helpful, flexible and friendly team. Would highly recommend.

I owe huge thanks to Charlotte Jackson who acted as the agent for Bradley Hall on a house we have purchased . She was friendly, professional and worked tirelessly to help make things run smoothly in what became a very complex and stressful chain. We are now happily settled in our new home. Without her exceptional communication with my agent and other parties this would have undoubtedly have fallen through . I highly recommend

We chose Bradley Hall Alnwick to sell our property as we have had excellent service from Charlotte Jackson previously & she was our first choice to sell our current property. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Always at the end of the phone for advice & she has a wealth of knowledge on the local area. A shout out to Izzy too, who assisted & kept us updated with any news. I would recommend Bradley Hall Alnwick - a great team! Thankyou

Charlotte Jackson @ Bradley Hall Alnwick has recently sold our house in Northumberland for us. Charlotte was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was professional, always available to help, and just so great at her job. We have used so many agents in the past who have been quite disappointing when it comes to selling a property so it has been really refreshing to have someone so enthusiastic who really does care about the house they are selling and the clients involved. Thank you so much Charlotte and Bradley Hall for making the process so much easier for us. I would recommend you to everyone!!

Peter Bartley and Lauren Gill at Bradley Hall were fantastic! They sold my family home and, despite the process being dragged out thanks to probate due to the death of one of my parents during the sale, they could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Their knowledge and skill were backed up with practical solutions and good humour from start to finish. We cannot recommend them more highly. They were a joy to work with!

We dealt with Lauren for the sale of our house. She was absolutely brilliant, especially considering that we had had a bad experience with another real estate agent in a previous attempt to sell. She was very patient and kept assuring us when anxiety was hitting the roof. I recommend Bradley and Lauren with no hesitation. Extremely friendly and at the same time very professional.

Thank you sincerely to Gary Dobson for all his help during the long process of going through a shared ownership scheme, he went over and beyond for me and I really couldn't of got to the end without him. His support was second to none, genuine, and was always there to help me out. A really lovely guy and very professional and knowledgeable. Cheers Gary, it has been an experience I think we both won't forget haha.

WARNING: Unethical, unprofessional, and aggressive

In my opinion, the service and customer care I received from Bradley Hall was completely unacceptable. Of all the agents I’ve dealt with and continue to deal with, this was by far the worst experience. I welcome the government’s new Home Buying and Selling Reform proposals, which aim to raise standards, improve transparency, increase accountability, and, in my view, better protect customers from agents like Bradley Hall.
