From the initial meeting at the retirement complex, with an honest view of what to expect and how long it might take to sell, to the completed sale of the flat we were updated regularly about the viewings/offers and everything else related to the sale, both in the office and by phone/email. Had good contact with all the team but especially with Sam Symonds, Ciaran Murphy and Louise Bishop - thanks for all your assistance. Would I use Bradford and Howley (Marshalswick) again ? We used Bradford and Howley in the past to buy and sell our properties. As the previous experience was good, we have decided to use their services again. Sam valued our house a few weeks ago and really took his time helped us understand the housing market at the time and listened what we were looking for. When we put our house on the market Ciaran took over to arrange appointments and viewings. He was in touch with us regularly to arrange viewings and passed on a lot of feed back. Our home had multiple offers within 3 weeks, we have already accepted an offer we are happy with. Throughout the process we have appreciated a very good level of communication and transparency which is very important for us. Thank you very much for all your help so far!
