Billingham and Co. have acted as agents on a property I was purchasing and have been extremely helpful and professional throughout. Kelly was particularly helpful in getting a sale agreed by us and her seller and kept us updated throughout the process.I would happily recommend Billingham and Co. to any prospective sellers/buyers as they are clearly an agency that really care about their clients and are a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies I have dealt with in the past.

This is not the first experience of working with agencies . Natalie from Building &Co is a very nice responsive agent. She solved all the issues quickly. She answered the case clearly . I am very pleased with the work of the agency . I had a problem with understanding because of my poor knowledge of the language. But Natalie very politely explained the same thing several times .
