GoogleVictoria was brilliant. She has worked tirelessly to get my sale completed and would quite happily harangue solicitors if they were being slow. Without her help I would have disappeared down a pit of despair weeks ago. Worth every penny. The solicitors however....

Natalie and her team were excellent. We had massive issues in our chain, which took over 10 months to complete.Unfortunately we ended up in the perfect storm of Govt stamp duty reductions (so all parts of the supply chain were over over capacity), Covid working from home syndrome and incompetent solicitors. Natalie from Billingham's however was the shinning light in the whole process. She kept us informed, chased constantly down the chain to try and get answers from very un co-operative solicitors, and even after our 4th failed completion date, continued to chase and push for us. Natalie was even calling in on her days off to try and keep the chain moving as there was a real risk of it falling through. Natalie on her own deserves the 5* rating.
