I live next door to one of there rentals , his houses are disgusting no maintenance will ever get done AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! It’s been the same for the last 20+ years

GoogleBillinghams got the the sale through despite difficult market conditions after a tortuous chain sale process. Jez Rhead did a great job in holding the chain together when it looked as though it was falling apart.

GoogleIt's taken awhile to get around to doing this, Jez sold our house approx 20 months ago..... It's a 5* review from us though.... we've sold a few house's in our time but Jez @ Billingham's gets top marks as this sale was totally stress free. His communication skills were second to none, he definitely knows his job & the market. He makes it his business to know the chain and everyone in it....... sorry its taken a while but i have had you in mind because i needed to share this with everybody....... no hesitation I definitely would use you again!

He offered useful advice and a host of viewings were arranged within days. The house was successfully sold. Purchased a 3 BEDROOM town house for my sister Gita in Dudley, DY1. Natalie was looking after the case and she is by far the BEST real estate agent we have come across. She was fantastic, very professional on what she does and always one step ahead of the game. She chased up everyone involved in the purchase regularly specially the solicitor and made sure that the transaction was smooth and complete on time. At times getting hold of the solicitor was very difficult but Natalie did an amazing job, she was always on the board and communicating effectively with solicitors making sure things are moving smoothly and fast. Overall super happy with Natalie's service and how dedicated & motivated she was to get the job done. She worked very passionately and at times we thought she was the Director of the company.
