Fantastic estate agents. I had Phil Swingler in charge of my house sale. He is a really personable and charismatic man with a great mind for the market. He made a really stressful process as smooth as it could possibly have been for us and I am incredibly thankful for everything. Alice was great from day 1

Alice was great from day 1. The only estate agent who was willing to show projective buyers around at weekends and in the evening. She put the FOR SALE sign up on a Wednesday and we had an acceptable offer on the Saturday. Plus, she got us a price £20,000 more than another estate agent in Stourbridge suggested. Excellent communication throughout the sale. Nothing was too much trouble. We can highly recommend her if you are thinking of selling your property.
