GoogleI found Billinghams, and in particular Jamie and Keely very calming, helpful and charming although my sale and purchase were not easy they conducted my business with great skill under these trying times, lastly we were still able to have a laugh through all this right to the moving in. She kept us updated each step of the way and communication between sellers and buyers solictors through lockdown has been π I would definitely recommend there service and would go back without hesitating. GoogleI was mainly looked after by Natalie but found the whole team to be very friendly and professional. The real value to me is the chasing up of solicitors and the rest of the chain to ensure gets over the line ASAP. Natalie always responded to my requests very promptly and always kept me regularly updated with difficult solicitors. Would recommend and I thought was very good value for money.

GoogleI would highly recommend Billingham Estate Agent in Dudley. Kelly Davies deserves special mention as she managed the experience of purchasing the property through a very challenging time (covid) where timescales were dragged out by a long wait for the Grant of Probate due to delays at the Probate Registry. Kelly provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. She was extremely professional and friendly at all times and most importantly kept nudging the sale along by keeping both parties informed as well as kept on pressing the solicitors for timely updates/information . The sale would not have had any chance of completing if it was not for her persistence and keeping all parties informed with realistic timescales. Well done , keep up the great work and look forward to using your services again.

From the moment he valued my dad's house after he decided to move after we lost my mom, he handled the valuation, the decison to market and all viewings with such patience and understanding. Having previously sold our own house with Giles, I would not have trusted any other company to assist dad in this huge decision. It had its challenges with Covid 19, but even then Giles was proactive and continued to do everything he could to help. Dad is now happily in his new home, which Giles even helped and advised us on..... he kept me sane! Obviously, it goes without saying, we highly recommend Giles and Billingham and Co!
