Excellent Service

Despite the lockdown restrictions Billinghams and Jez were excellent throughout taking care to keep me and the buyer informed at all stages. The all in fee was very competitive and absolutely no hidden extras. Viewings were conducted by Jez taking the stress out of selling my mothers house so soon after her death. I did not have to chase them about anything. The board was put up quickly and taken down the morning of completion. I am delighted with the 5 star service and would highly recommend this company.

Thank you so much Natalie.

From the time of our initial enquiry for 8 Clent Hill Drive, Natalie has been so helpful and professional in dealing with our daily updates. Always very polite to answer our queries and for meeting our daughter Suzy on our behalf for the viewing. Thank you so much Natalie for helping us to secure a beautiful house, much appreciated.

Natalie Fellows - Outstanding Lady

Natalie Fellows who is based at The Dudley Office has gone over and above to help us secure a new property for a family member, I can not recommend this lady high enough and I am sure that Billingham & Co must be very proud to have her as a member of their team, she has been helpful in every way possible from start to finish and I can not thank or praise her efforts highly enough. Thankyou Natalie you really are the best. :)

Professional, kept me informed all the way

I used the Dudley office for sale of my previously tenanted property and was impressed by Jamie Taylor Branch Manager, who did the valuation, excellent photos, and well worded sales particulars and also Natalie Fellows,Senior Sales Consultant who dealt with the rest of the sales process. They both acted in a very professional and competent manner throughout. I would happily recommend Billinghams to family and friends.

Selling my property

After the year of 2020, I think we can all agree that any thing we did was going to be difficult, especially selling a house. This is where Billingham & Co excelled themselves. Their approach to safe guarding myself during the process of selling my house has been spot on. As for the service they have provided, this has been 100%. I had the pleasure of dealing with Senior Sales Consultant Kelly Davis, who has kept me informed, and up to date with the whole house selling process from start to finish. Whenever there were any queries, she was alway at the end of the phone to help answer them ( unlike my solicitor...). I would highly recommend Billingham & Co’s service to anyone selling their house.

Billingham and Co were absolutely fantastic dealing with both our sale and purchase. We can't thank Kelly enough for her patience, dedication and professionalism throughout the whole process. Our move was very stressful and lasted quite a few weeks but nothing was too much for Kelly and her team. Their service was first rate and I would definitely recommend Billingham and Co to anyone who is thinking of using an Estate agent. Thank you all!

Looking after and selling my house

Billingham & Co have looked after my property for the last five years after I received poor service from my previous agent. The comparison inn service has been marked. When I decided to sell the property, living some distance away they made the process simple and gave me confidence that a good sale would be achieved. If you take lockdown out of the process a quick sale was achieved for a price above what I thought I would realistically achiever. Since the sale was agreed the ongoing communication has been welcome and completion was achieved in good time,Thoroughly recommended.

As our first point of contact in purchasing the property, Kelly at the Dudley branch was really helpful and knowledgeable about procedures right from the initial contact when we signified interest in the property and to handing over of keys at completion. I also find the team in the office to be very helpful and accommodating. I definitely wont have any problem recommending Billingham & Co as an agent. Thank you for the service. B.Agbebi

The sale of our family home of more than 60 years has just been completed. Throughout the process everyone at the Billingham& Co Dudley office has been professional, helpful and supportive at each stage of the process. The office handled all the viewings, checked out potential buyers, helped me choose the purchaser through best and final offers and then kept me updated at every stage of the process. Jamie, Courtney and Kelly really understood my feelings whilst the sale was going through. My thanks to the team.
