Very unprofessional. Received a courtesy call back on the house I had booked a viewing on, agent seemed pleasant enough. They pointed out there was mining in the area so that was why it was cash buyers only. We thought that was the reason and said we still wanted to see it. Silence. "Hello?""But you would have to be a cash buyer""Yes?""But can you proceed?""Yes."More silence. This continued till I told them to just leave it. Very condescending and unprofessional, do you really think it's a good idea to presume how much money potential clients have? It's no wonder you haven't sold the house since you won't let people make a viewing. Will never use in the future.

Giles has a good knowledge about the local area and had done his homework about the prices that houses in the local area had sold for recently prior to his initial visit. Giles has a lovely manner and we were confident that his mild and professional ways would sell our house. Throughout the process we received feedback and towards the end of the process this increased further. The communication after the sale with the solicitors was good and the deal proceeded smoothly. When our sale fell through early in the process Giles was quick to respond and resell it. We would recommend Billingham & Co to others to sell their home.

Billingham & Co were very helpful regarding the sale of my property. They gave a very good and realistic market valuation which no doubt helped to sell it within days of going on the market. They took very pictures of the property, inside and out which also made selling it a lot easier.
