This company is amazing! Victoria is priceless and went over and beyond her role as a estate agent through a very hard sale caused by the buyer, she listened to me cry and did EVERYTHING she could to make the problem better. She would chase solicitors when they wasn't getting back to us and sympathise with the situation we was in ....... outstanding member of staff worth her weight in gold!

Excellent buying experience!Jez and Giles were professional and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept us up to date by email at all times and were great on the phone too...even when I lost my patience! The new home box was an especially nice treat and a lovely way to end a journey. The main agent we dealt with was good, however not overjoyed with some of the others. They are dealing with people's lives, they should remember how stressful it is for people buying houses, dealing with surveyor's reports, stroppy buyers etc. and tailor their manner accordingly. Sniggering about potentially devastating information is not a good look.

From the outset Jamie was very positive about a bungalow that another estate agent had seen little value in. He could see the potential which he shared in a professional, warm and friendly way. I liked his willingness to use more modern methods - videos, social media - and to seek a wider market than we might have expected. He was honest in explaining that we would soon know whether we were asking the right price. He promised his team would be working hard - and they were. I felt absolute trust in them and their ability to sell - partly because they didn't provide a flowery sales pitch for the house. They sold the bungalow in record time (2 months from start to finish) and for a price that suited everyone. I was selling from a distance, but could leave everything to them knowing they would keep me informed of every stage. Can't thank them enough!
A lot of people who work in sales promise the earth but don't deliver and Estate Agents tend to be put into that camp. We are real local property experts who do care about the customer service our clients receive and work exceptionally hard to get the right results. GoogleVery terrible experience with this agency. No respect to potential tenant. During viewing I was asked to remove shoes, which I find logical since I am not walking around my own house with shoes on and I understand that landlord might not want dirt from outside in his/hers property. However property was just finished and floor was full of post construction dust. Lady from this letting agency was already provided with shoe covers, while my socks were collecting all this dust just to dirty my shoes inside. When I have decided to apply to a property, they have kept me disinformed whether or not I can move in, made qualifying tournament type situation treating this like some kind of free of charge reward to the chosen one lucky to live in such property. Later on nobody bothered to contact me on time that was given to me as time of decision whether I qualified or not. The lady that I was taken "care" of had some sort forced politeness and very negative body language. Next week from appointed time I was contacted by a gentleman who stated that I did not qualify providing no reason. The thing I wonder now is whether this situation with decision and attitude was because I am foreign. I would like to also point that I did not even qualify to referencing stage so I can't even tell what was wrong with me. Was it my name? Last name? Date of Birth? Nationality? It felt like I was too primitive foreigner to live in their "modern residence", and kept me as reserve in case nobody worthy would appear.
