GoogleFantastic from start to finish. Me and my wife recently purchased a house and had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Evans of Billingham Taylor. I must say it was one of the most stressful things I have ever done and if it wasn't for Jamie it would have been unbearable. We were kept informed of how the sale was going on a regular basis and any time I needed anything, he never failed to answer or get back to me in a very fast response time. We had problems with our solicitors but Jamie put in alot of work on my behalf and sorted the whole thing out and went far and beyond what he should really have to do. I can't recommend Billingham Taylor enough. Thank you.

Sold our house through Billingham & Cooke and couldn’t fault them at all. Had several viewings within a week and sold for above the asking price. Giles was brilliant. Very friendly and his communication throughout the process was great. He made sure our sale and purchase didn't fall through when our buyer’s solicitors were being very difficult. Would highly recommend Billingham & Cooke to anyone selling or purchasing a property. It has been a pleasure dealing with Giles, Matt and the rest of the team. Brilliant service all round!

The team and Billingham Taylor, Brierley Hill were brilliant in their communication throughout my home purchase experience. We had solicitor issues on both sides, however the team kept both sides constantly updated and on the same page. Had it not been for the team the purchase would have definitely taken a lot longer with more issues. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to use their services.

Giles & Jezz efficiently & with enthusiasm kept things moving all the time, They even provided us with good advice on the property we were buying. Our family and friends have been very impressed that our move to a new location happened so smoothly without any time wasted from start to finish. Billingham & Cookes drive and professionalism is second to none . They deliver exceedingly good customer service -the icing on the cake was when we went to pick up the keys to our property they presented us with a a beautiful new home hamper filled with everything you might need to enhance your moving day .
