I have used Billingham & Cooke on 4 separate occasions to sell houses and cannot fault them at all. I wouldn't even consider using a different agent.Billingham and Cooke are pro active, helpful, professional with excellent communication at all stages. Properties are marketed excellently and they make the process simple and stress free!

Jon and Jamie, were beyond fantastic. Warm, honest, friendly professional services throughout the whole house purchase process. No question was too much and gave good information in efficient timelines. Throughout the whole process we received excellent service and even when external barriers outside of their responsibilities arose, they still went the extra mile to contribute to helping us to complete and enter our new home on scheduled time. Excellent. Thanks again Jon and Jamie. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the surrounding areas. 1st class service throughout.

Jamie (manager) from dudley office came round and gave us a good valuation of our house higher than what we expected however this valuation turned out correct as we got more than what we expected we would. Throughout the sale we had correspondence with the other Jamie who was very helpful and answered all our calls and queries throughly and efficiently. We would recommend B & T for any future sales

GoogleVery terrible experience with this agency. No respect to potential tenant. During viewing I was asked to remove shoes, which I find logical since I am not walking around my own house with shoes on and I understand that landlord might not want dirt from outside in his/hers property. However property was just finished and floor was full of post construction dust. Lady from this letting agency was already provided with shoe covers, while my socks were collecting all this dust just to dirty my shoes inside. When I have decided to apply to a property, they have kept me disinformed whether or not I can move in, made qualifying tournament type situation treating this like some kind of free of charge reward to the chosen one lucky to live in such property. Later on nobody bothered to contact me on time that was given to me as time of decision whether I qualified or not. The lady that I was taken "care" of had some sort forced politeness and very negative body language. Next week from appointed time I was contacted by a gentleman who stated that I did not qualify providing no reason. The thing I wonder now is whether this situation with decision and attitude was because I am foreign. I would like to also point that I did not even qualify to referencing stage so I can't even tell what was wrong with me. Was it my name? Last name? Date of Birth? Nationality? It felt like I was too primitive foreigner to live in their "modern residence", and kept me as reserve in case nobody worthy would appear.

For a recent sale, we were updated on a regular basis by Kelly in the Dudley office on all aspects of the sale from start to finish. Cannot fault them and would have no hesitation in using them again

Billingham & Cooke were a great estate agent from start to finish! Jez in particular was extremely attentive to our needs and would always chase up any loose ends or questions we had. Was also happy to show us around the house numerous of times. Overall a positive experience and would recommend and also use for the future if ever needed again.
