GoogleI've rented a house in Queen Edith with Bidwells almost during 2 years and my experience has been always very positive. At the begining of the tenancy they helped me with the paperwork and movement and during my renting period they were very responsive when the house needed some repairment or something to fix... My agent last months was Shaheen and he has been brilliant, always very helpful and quick. Many thanks for your support during my tenancy.

We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Will Pettit, Sales Negotiator at Bidwells (Cambridge), for handling the sale of our flat in Cambridge. Will found a buyer remarkably quickly and kept us consistently updated throughout the entire process. Because we were in a chain, he worked closely with our solicitor and pushed tirelessly to achieve same day exchange and completion, even when the buyer’s solicitor was unresponsive and disengaged. Despite a very stressful situation, Will stayed calm, focused, and proactive, doing everything possible to finalize the deal right through to the last day. His personal touch, visiting us and bringing a bottle to celebrate, meant a lot. Professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive, Will made a challenging process feel manageable. James Munro gave us the walk around virtually the property we wanted to view over distance. For me it was already a plus given how close by the office is to the location of the property and how James used his bike to get there. We just got the keys to our first home today and we feel ever so lucky to have been able to make the purchase with Bidwells Cambridge Office. Will has been an all round star, always super patient, friendly, helpful and making time for all our queries and worries.
