I am happy with my btl property built by Berkeley Home. The whole purchase was convienent and efficient. The process is straightforward and my customer service manager Alex was really helpful and patient with my requests, for example, providing cladding report for mortgage, contacting concierge for arranging tenants viewings ect.

Had a very good survey with the Trustpilot. The survey included most of the relevant areas, collected feedback, suggestions and improvements. I am very happy with the Berkeley Homes, in particular the Sales team, Laura the sales manager who helped us a lot before handed over to the post sales team. After the completion, Lee the development director, assisted us on various post completion issues.If the score can be from 1 to 10, instead of 1 to 5, it would give more fine-grained reviews.

our Berkeley flat in Deptford has been found recently to have absent fire breaks.The building has been deemed a fire risk.The cost of installing fire breaks is huge.we asked Berkeley to sort it out.But sadly they have not offered.they should be ashamed of themselves.

I and my family are living in a development built by Berkeley Homes and they are our freeholder. We found that there has been serious security problem, ie the management agent allowing outsiders entering our property and even people taking drugs in our development. Cleaners are not cleaning the rubbish. Some concierge staff shout to polite and timid residents, whereas they are oblivious to those whose behaviour are anti-social. They allow strangers to come in our development, randomly dropping boxes in front of our homes, when the real owners lose their delivery items, the concierge accuse the residents as thieves. No regard to hygiene especially during now during the Covid-19 pandemic. The management team so-called spell out some rules but they are the rule breakers rather than keepers. They even allow someone sleeping at the entrance of the development. We complain to Berkeley Homes but they turn a blind eyes and even say that: “I am satisfied with the management team”. Hugely regret and disappointed. I share this pain here is because for those of you who consider buying or renting or living in their development, think before you act. Everything I say here are very truly skin of the game.

The builder excel from other builders like Bovis or Linden and by far from persimmon, it's just not about the full experience from beginning to the end of your transaction. It's also the quality you will see when the new property it's ready for you.Money well expended and very recommended.

As a first buyer you never really know what to expect from a development. I did not expect the welcome phone call just before completion, I did not expect the lavish welcome gifts that I received when I collected the keys; nor did I expect phone calls from the head of customer services making sure if I had settled in okay. At the development I am in, there seems to be a real sense of community and care, not just towards the residents but for the wider environment. I feel that I’ve totally lucked out with my apartment & development and I know that I’ll enjoy continuing to live there.

Our completion day was very well organised and the house was exactly how we expected . Any issue we had after completion Berkeley been very supportive . Highly recommended .

Just purchased a property from Berkeley, they have lived up to their existing outstanding reputation. Their teams from sales to after care have all been super friendly, helpful and efficient. Their service is 10/10 for me.Not only that, the quality and design of the build is very high and has left me very impressed.Would highly recommend a Berkeley home to everyone!

It would be good if you send a text msg before the call to check whether it's OK to call especially for overseas surveys. Luckily I can take the call. Generally I am happy with my purchase and it's quite easy to answer most of the questions. It's questions that require an opinion that I can't be helpful. Nevertheless the lady conducting the survey spoke clearly and I am glad to contribute.

I live in a 15 year old leasehold flat in a Berkeley Homes "flagship development". Build quality is ok on the inside but Berkeley Homes decided to cut costs on the exterior walls, using a cheap expanded polystyrene foam external wall system which is a major fire risk. They have offered no help what so ever to fix their defect and left us to pick up the pieces and pay the bill. This was not "Designed for Life" as their slogan might suggest. Still... I guess i'm one of the "luckier" ones, take a look at Richmond House or Chelsea Bridge Wharf developments before you buy. In summary, worst decision of my life AVOID AT ALL COSTS

THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PREMIUM PRICES THEY SELL THEIR DEVELOPMENTS.CHECK A MAJOR INTERVIEW GIVEN ON AN OVERSEAS NETWORK FROM RESIDENTS OF THIS BERKELEY HOMES PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. THEY ARE BEING FEATURED IN EVERY OVERSEAS NETWORK AND EVERYONE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM.
