2 years ago I lost all my possessions to fire. Every keepsake from my past, every photo of relatives who had passed away (including my parents), every toy my young children had ever owned, everything that could ever remind me of my past.All due to what was found by the London Fire brigade to be numerous missing and faulty parts of the fire safety systems.To this day Berkeley are fighting tooth and nail to not accept liability for what the London fire brigade and an independent report conducted shortly after, have both said was their fault.We live with the wreckage that their shoddy workmanship created. Think hard about whether you’d like to risk doing the same.

Revolting organisation, my children lost their first home and everything they ever owned due to a fire in Worcester Park. There were no fire stops or cavity barriers leaving my children in a powerless situation, homeless and lucky to be alive. Yet this company refuse to support the trauma needs caused by their experiences. Do not make the same mistakes and purchase a home from these people.

I was a resident of Richmond House, Worcester Park, that burned down in 2019. The fire that started in one end of this Berkeley group built block of flats spread to the other end in about 15 minutes. An independent report confirmed that a lack of cavity barriers was the main reason for such a rapid spread of the fire. However, after more than 2 years of discussions, Berkeley group lawyers deny any responsibility on the part of their client. Such audacity to deny any responsibility. So be careful with this builder.

Do not buy from Berkeley. Lived in a flat in Worcester Park which burnt down in 20min. Berkeley initially admitted liability (staying they had let us down) but since the passing of Tony Pidgley they have made a U-turn and denying all. They build shoddy homes that are made to look nice.

I was asleep in bed in the flat I bought from Berkeley when the fire started. 20minutes later it was gone and I was outside in my dressing gown with my 4 and 6 year old in their pyjamas.The fire brigade's report said it was due to missing fire stops. Berkeley still have not admitted liability.Do not buy anything from these cowboys. Not unless you want to risk losing everything or be stuck with a flat you can't sell.

Scary how little they care for the safety and well being of those who will be living in their homes.Poor buildings, and no responsibility or action taken when one of their buildings burn down, due to their lack of care put into building it. Horrific
