GoogleI would like to give a special mention to Maté for his exceptional help when I had an electricity issue in my apartment. I had been without electricity for almost an entire day, and despite contacting the electricity company several times, no one had come to resolve the problem. As soon as I spoke to Maté, he responded quickly and came to assist me personally. He stayed with me for around 20 minutes, spoke to the electricity company on my behalf, followed their instructions, and helped carry out everything needed to get the issue sorted. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Having someone so responsive and genuinely helpful at the concierge desk makes a huge difference, especially in situations like this. Thank you, Maté, for the excellent service and support!

GoogleGreat Concierge and management team. They are kind, helpful and caring to the residents. Gio from the team has been so great and supportive. He always has a smile on his face to greet you at the entrance.

GoogleI had a fantastic viewing with Vanessa. She was both punctual and kind. She made me feel very heard which is what I’ve not really experienced when it came to meeting agents for viewings. She helped out a lot that day. Very pleased with her services.

GoogleGreat front of house and management team, with clear structure and well established boundaries. The estate is well maintained overall, and the support team across the whole development is fantastic, which really shows.

GoogleA terrible experience. The property management is basically indifferent to parties that disturb the peace. I can tolerate it occasionally, but it happens once or twice a week, and despite my repeated complaints, there's been no improvement. Given the high property management fees, they can't even provide a peaceful environment from 2-5 AM. Later, the front desk stopped answering calls and replying to emails.

GoogleThe property management fee is already so high, and now they're adding all sorts of extra charges. Is this latest £75 + 20% = £90 reasonable? What kind of attentive service does the property management provide? Is it consistent with the promised services? Arbitrarily adding charges! Thumbs down!
