GoogleThe sales of Debbie really offer much help on the reservation process. She always give the details information of the property. If you have any enquires, she is patient and helpful to answer all of that. I’m really appreciate of her professional attitude.

GoogleUnfortunately, I am having to express my profound disappointment with the service my girlfriend, her mother, and I received during our scheduled appointment to view The Scrivener house, priced at £550,000, today at 5:30 pm. Our appointment was coordinated by a saleswoman named Debbie 1 week prior. Despite our best efforts to communicate our tardiness by calling ahead (we were running 30 minutes late), our calls went unanswered despite the fact she was sat at her desk on arrival. This lack of response was consistent with our previous attempts to contact your office. For anybody trying to call and are bothered to leave a voicemail, you'll get a reply a few days later. Upon arrival, Debbie's demeanour was one of confusion, seemingly unaware of our appointment. When informed of our intent to view The Scrivener property, she mentioned it was closed for the day with no further explanation. This was particularly distressing as we had incurred a £40 Uber charge, adjusted our work schedules to accommodate this viewing, and was really hoping to start the process of buying our first home. Our concerns were met with inconsistent explanations about a leak, varying times of its occurrence, and a lack of proactive communication on Debbie's part. Debbie claimed the leak at happened just 30 minutes prior, however, the site manager said 3pm. Plenty of time to make us aware of any situation. Her inability to recall our appointment details, including my name, further solidified our belief that our appointment was either overlooked or never recorded. When viewing a property at any price never mind a £550,000, people's time should be respected and valued. Throughout our interaction, Debbie's approach was defensive rather than solution-oriented. Instead of offering alternatives or even a simple brochure walkthrough, she directed us to lodge a complaint with the head office. I had come across Google reviews mentioning similar experiences with Debbie, which makes me question the consistency of the service provided. For a company that prides itself on its reputation, such encounters are not only detrimental but also undermine the trust of potential homeowners. Edit: I have noticed the other customers review has 13 thumbs up - I think that says everything! I hope Bellway Homes takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future customers do not face similar inconveniences. I will be lodging a complaint to head office and hope to view the property with someone more qualified. **UPDATE** beware of the seemingly positive reviews naming Debbie on here. They are all fake.

GoogleDebbie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we stepped through the office door, up until the reservation of our dream home, she has made the whole process easy and enjoyable through her exceptional communication, patience, kindness, care and understanding. She listened to our preferences and helped us to find the home that is exactly right for us and our growing family. Often house buying can be extremely daunting, but Debbie has made the process so easy and enjoyable for us, we can't thank her enough. She is a credit to Bellway.

GoogleThis is a stylish development of new properties on what was once the site of a Jam factory. The choice of available new homes is getting limited due to the development of the site coming to a end. Prices are slightly high for the area but the properties appear to be well built.

GoogleI have called the sales office many times and left messages but no sales staff have returned calls so far. I even left messages with names of your sales staff mentioned, but in vain! It has been a week! It seems no one is working there. Every time I got the hot line I was asked to leave a message and said someone would get back to me as soon as possible..... what a joke!! I felt I was fooled. My other friends have had the same bad experience making inquries to the sales office but in the end got all disappointments and anger after all !! Bellway management teams should have make sure the service quality of their sales staff at Marmalade at the Jam Factory. No other Bellway sales office and staff have given customers this bad and appalling impression! Reflect! This sort of appalling service must have ruined the reputation of Bellway. The CEO should have noticed this in no delay!!!
