GoogleBefore buying a house here, do check the planning application. These houses are built on a peat bog, some of the wettest ground in the area, against the will of over 350 nearby inhabitants and the local council.
Secondly, do check Bellway's reputation. Residents of apartments clad with fire risk panels, like we used to be, are still waiting for our 2013 apartments to be rectified, six years after Bellway learned of the issue. Bellway continues to build faulty products, then refuse to fix them, or promise to fix them, and do nothing. Do not join the succession of people who live with the Bellway nightmare every day.
Thirdly, do be aware that this development is an ecological nightmare from the get-go.
