GoogleIf you’re shared ownership looking at living here, I can’t speak for the other housing developments on this site I can for Bellway and Bellway homes Grey gables farm will have nothing to do with you as a shared ownership owner they do not see you as one of their customers ( unless you’re buying 100% out right ) they come across like you’re mud to them in their “ customer care department Manchester “ they’re very unhelpful rude and pass the buck all the time bell way site managers assure you defect be raised to let you down they take ages with sorting defects and do not have you as a priority on my experience shared ownership people are not a priority to them ( at all ) and 100% of the time they will dismiss you and pass the buck to great places ( they’re very good at that ) I’m not Bellway fan if you’re not too concerned though of the above the area is nice and quiet.

GoogleRude staff. Gave incorrect information. Waste of time visiting. It's a shame, because the showhomes were nice.
