GoogleIf you are looking to buy a property, think of buying from Bellway Coalville, their finishing is second to non. The post purchase service is amazing I will buy from them again and again.

GoogleCame to visit, unfortunately the sales person was out til 3.30pm, as per the sign on the front. Waited to 3.50pm, no show, called in case it directed to a mobile, but no answer. Checked through windows of the show homes, couldnt see anyone. Would advise calling beforehand so you are not disappointed!! It was a shame.

GoogleWe’ve been in 18 months and still have issues outstanding with this builder. This is our first home and our experience has been completely ruined by Bellway homes, plenty of issues reported and majority rectified after constantly chasing up customer care and the site team and trades (seeing as customer care isn’t capable of making basic communication with us) we’ve had issues right from the boiler on the first weekend of moving in to the brickwork and them pretty much rebuilding half the house whilst we are still living in it, of which resulted in us having scaffolding up twice. Reported the side door which requires replacing over 5 months ago and it’s still not been replaced! At no point has Bellway homes apologised for any inconvenience/ distress caused to us! My advice is to avoid!

GoogleOur experience with Bellway, and specifically with Chantelle Morgan as our sales advisor, was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the start, we felt rushed through the entire process with little regard for our needs or concerns. Chantelle was dismissive and rude on multiple occasions, adding unnecessary stress at a time when my wife was pregnant, the last thing we needed was more anxiety. We approached the home-buying process with excitement and high hopes, only to have them dashed by Chantelle’s lack of professionalism and empathy. Her attitude left us feeling like we were just another transaction rather than valued customers making one of the most significant purchases of our lives. This experience has soured our perception of Bellway entirely, and we would not consider purchasing from them again due to how poorly we were treated. I would advise anyone looking for a home to seriously consider their options and ensure they won’t have to endure what we did.

GoogleWent to buy a house. Anna was brilliant. Paid our deposit. Did our options. Unfortunately my house sale fell through and we couldn’t proceed. Bellway are very quick to take money off you. But when it comes to paying back the deposit minus their fees don’t forget. It takes ages. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now. In the T&C’s it says 7-10 days. Chasing up daily to be told it’s getting processed today. But alas it never materialises. Tomorrow I will post the emails from them, from over the last week or so. All lies.

GoogleMy daughter has lived in her new house at the Grange now for 12 months and with the high winds it has blown the canopy roof out of her car port.Its the only one that has any damage done. She got in touch with Bellway management maintenance to tell them what had happened and they said it’s not there problem but an act of god so its her responsibility. I have just been over and had a look and can honestly say that if xthose materials they used to build that canopy are 5 star then l hate to think what the rest is like. I was hoping for some reply from Bellway but they haven’t . My daughter and son-in-law have spent a lot of money on this house and expect the builders to maintain it until the warranty runs out and not to say it’s an act of god. If the canopy had been constructed to a 5 star build then the canopy would have not been torn down by the wind as the others haven’t. Bellway have since rectified this problem
