We’re moving into our new home in July and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Peter has been amazing from the start, really friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with any questions we’ve had. He managed to get us some fantastic incentives too, including an extra 5% towards our deposit, which was a huge help and made the whole process even more exciting. One of the best surprises was finding out that the show home comes with all the furniture and extras included at no additional cost. We absolutely fell in love with it, so this was a massive bonus for us! A big thank you to Peter for making everything so easy and stress-free. We can’t wait to get the keys and move in next month!

The quality of the homes is excellent, and the team has always been helpful and available. Peter, the sales representative, is always friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Our house was completed on time without any issues. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase, we feel lucky to have found a home in such a peaceful and quiet location. The only thing that really needs improvement is the solicitors recommended by the development. Unfortunately, they were not very professional, and the costs they charged were unreasonably high, like an unpleasant surprise out of nowhere. I would strongly suggest Bellway reconsider the legal firms they work with.

My daughter has lived in her new house at the Grange now for 12 months and with the high winds it has blown the canopy roof out of her car port.Its the only one that has any damage done. She got in touch with Bellway management maintenance to tell them what had happened and they said it’s not there problem but an act of god so its her responsibility. I have just been over and had a look and can honestly say that if xthose materials they used to build that canopy are 5 star then l hate to think what the rest is like. I was hoping for some reply from Bellway but they haven’t . My daughter and son-in-law have spent a lot of money on this house and expect the builders to maintain it until the warranty runs out and not to say it’s an act of god. If the canopy had been constructed to a 5 star build then the canopy would have not been torn down by the wind as the others haven’t. Bellway have since rectified this problem
