GoogleWe’re moving into our new home in July and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Peter has been amazing from the start, really friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with any questions we’ve had. He managed to get us some fantastic incentives too, including an extra 5% towards our deposit, which was a huge help and made the whole process even more exciting. One of the best surprises was finding out that the show home comes with all the furniture and extras included at no additional cost. We absolutely fell in love with it, so this was a massive bonus for us! A big thank you to Peter for making everything so easy and stress-free. We can’t wait to get the keys and move in next month!

GoogleNice looking homes, quite pricey though think you need to be earning at least £5000 a month to be able to afford one of these bad boys! The spinner was a cracking showhome........there fresh out of these bad boys though! Not sure about the ode electric charging point on every new house, im a petrol or diesel man myself!

GoogleThe quality of the homes is excellent, and the team has always been helpful and available. Peter, the sales representative, is always friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Our house was completed on time without any issues. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase, we feel lucky to have found a home in such a peaceful and quiet location. The only thing that really needs improvement is the solicitors recommended by the development. Unfortunately, they were not very professional, and the costs they charged were unreasonably high, like an unpleasant surprise out of nowhere. I would strongly suggest Bellway reconsider the legal firms they work with.

GoogleWe’ve been in our Bellway property for 5 months now and I have to say they are nothing short of outstanding. From our very first visit with Karen, to the aftercare, it’s been a very easy process. We went to visit other sites who fell incredibly short on customer service. Karen was non judgemental, offered us great advice and support which ultimately lead us to part exchanging our home. We found other developers would judge us and was even asked by one if we really had the means to afford a home. Unlike that developer, (ironically next door to the Bellway site), Karen took the time to understand our needs. Lee the site manager has been amazing, we have very minimal snags, barely note worthy, but all dealt with very timely. We appreciated the calls from the aftercare team who would check in periodically to ensure we were happy with everything. We love our home and would highly recommend them as a quality builder!
