GoogleDo not know what they are doing! Made an appointment 10 days ago to discuss a specific plot. Enquiries about particulars about the plot were unable to be answered prior to the appointment. Following a 50 minute journey, we arrived to see we were double booked with another couple. No big deal except Bellway had sent cover to the site who had never been there before and couldn't even find keys to the show homes. At no time was there an apology or the offer of a hot drink whilst we experienced the comical attempts, making various phone calls to gain some assistance. On looking at the site plan we then realised that the particular plot we had come to discuss had already been sold! When we enquired as to why we hadn't received a courtesy call, we were informed by a lady who had come across from the Ashberry site (Bellways sister company) that they were "far to busy for that". She then proceeded to talk over me at every opportunity until I decided to leave in disgust. The Ashberry site was supposed to be my next port of call, having not responded to my 3 email requests but after experiencing the absolute rudeness of their advisor, I will steer well clear. However the Bellway representative at the Hartshorne development some 1/2 a mile away was excellent which I will submit a different review for.
